In 1911, Henri Cornaz founded Verrerie St-Prex in the small town of St-Prex, in the heart of the Lac Léman wine region. The glassworks is the birthplace of the Vetropack Group, having already in 1917 acquired a majority shareholding in the Bülach glassworks, founded in 1891. St-Prex is now the Group’s only Swiss glassworks.
