Dating this original poster by Bernhard Reber is a tough nut to crack. On the one hand, «48-2-25» is just barely legible in the bottom right corner; on the other hand, Swissair used the clearly visible registration HB-ILU for its fifth and final DC-4 – which it did not purchase from Pan American Airways until April 1952. Nonetheless, it is one of the most sought-after Swissair posters.
