The first poster that the Swiss men’s fashion brand commissioned from Otto Baumberger in 1917. The fact that he chose to show only the emblem makes the flyer a very early example of consistent brand management. This was only possible because the quality of the clothing was well known and spoke for itself. At the same time, this original poster can be considered a precursor to Baumberger’s most famous work for PKZ – the legendary realistically rendered coat, whose warmth and heaviness one can literally feel:
