Not that polar bears would need Schaffhausen wool, but as a visual concept aimed at the common consumer, it works just wonderfully: Original Swiss poster, designed by Willi Weiss and printed as a lithograph by Frobenius in Basel in 1952. For some reason, this print shop apparently did not deliver all posters in the classic World format (128 x 90.5 cm) – despite the sheet dimensions of merely approx. 126 x 88 cm, this poster is therefore not trimmed.
