Original tourism poster with which the then 20-year-old Henri Sandoz won a competition in 1939 organized by the Development Association of St. Imier below the Mont Soleil in the Bernese Jura. What likely convinced the jury was that, for once, Sandoz did not advertise the funicular railway inaugurated in 1903, but rather—and programmatically in radiant yellow—the local ski school.
