Original poster by Maurice Maffei, designed in 1963 for the first hill climb from Ollon to Villars-sur-Ollon, which was part of the World Sports Car Championship—though at the time, the poster was apparently printed only in a small 65×45 cm format. We’re still trying to figure out which race car is pictured there; perhaps a Porsche 718 that competed in 1963? Or could it be an Abarth 1000?
The 1965 race—which consisted of two heats on a course exactly eight kilometers long—was won by Ludovico Scarfiotti in a Ferrari Dino 206 at an average speed of 115.1 km/h.
