One of the two magnificent Art Deco masterpieces – here the summer version – that Johannes Handschin (1899–1948) created for the local tourism authority in the mid-1930s, using the airbrush technique that the Basel artist mastered so brilliantly. He depicts the mountain panorama of the Corvatsch region with the Piz Margna above the mirror-smooth and almost luminous Lake Silvaplana. An extremely rare poster, almost perfectly preserved and correspondingly costly.
