Original Vintage Travel Poster with which Henri Sandoz, then 20 years old, won a competition in 1939 organized by the Society for the Development of St. Imier below Mont Soleil in the Bernese Jura. The jury was probably impressed by the fact that, for once, not the funicular railway was promoted, which was inaugurated in 1903, but instead – and quite programmatically in bright yellow – the local ski school.
